Brad and I have lived in our house for 24 years and love it. When Lane and Drew were young we did not do much renovations to the house for a variety of reasons: money, time and other priorities, like college. But since we have become emptynesters we have changed our kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, backyard etc.  And since you already know I like a good deal I am going to share all my money saving changes. You might like some of our changes or you might not but at least you can get an idea on how to make your living space a great place to "nest" in.
