February is mostly defined by Valentines Day and even though the actual holiday was last week.....

I wanted to highly recommend Cannonau Wine. It checks off so many boxes for me.

I heard about Cannonau wine since I have been reading about the Blue Zones. About 15 years ago, Dan Buettner (the creator of the Blue Zones) wanted to find the formula for longevity. He identified places around the work where individuals lived the longest for many of the same reasons (I will share in different blog). And that my friends is one of my goals to live in a Blue Zone and play with my great grandchildren.
